Cardona is a city in southwestern Uruguay.
Geography
It lies 163 m above sea level in the field of the department of Soriano, near the town Florencio Sánchez, which already belongs to the Department of Colonia. Northwest Cardona originate both the Arroyo Del Perdido and the Río San Salvador. The area north of the city is called Cuchilla del Bizcocho, while to the south extends to the east Cuchilla Grande Inferior. To the west lies the Cuchilla San Salvador, southwest of the Cuchilla de la Colonia.

In the city Ruta 2, Ruta 12 and Ruta 57 meet.
