Carlo Weber

Carlo Weber ( born April 6, 1934 as Karl Heinz Weber in Saarbrücken ) is a German architect and professor.

Life

Carlo Weber studied from 1954 to 1958 and from 1960 to 1961 at the Technical University in Stuttgart architecture. From 1957 to 1966 he was a staff member at Günter Behnisch and Bruno Lambart in Stuttgart and Dusseldorf and then at Louis Arretche in Paris. From 1959 to 1960 he studied with a DAAD scholarship to the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts in Paris. From 1966 to 1979 he was a partner in the architectural community Behnisch & Partner. With Günter Behnisch, Fritz Auer, Winfried Eberhard Tränkner and Büxel Weber is a planner of the Munich Olympic Stadium - Landscape Planning Günther Grzimek.

Since 1980, he has an office with Fritz Auer in Stuttgart and Munich. From 1980 to 1992 he was a lecturer at the University of Stuttgart. Since 1991 he has been a partner at the office " Auer Weber Architekten " in Stuttgart. From 1992 to 2002, there was a professor of building theory and design at the Technical University of Dresden. Weber is a member of the Saxon Academy of Arts and was from 2000 to 2011 secretary of the class architecture of the Academy. Carlo Weber lives in Stuttgart.
