The Carrick Roads is an elongated bay in Cornwall. The bay extends as the estuary of the River Fal between Truro and Falmouth.

The Carrick Roads emerged after the last Ice Age, when a deep valley was flooded by the rising sea level. The bay forms a large natural harbor and is located between Falmouth and Truro navigable. The port of Falmouth and the Carrick Roads are the third largest natural harbor in the world.

The waterway is crossed by the historic King Harry Ferry Rollfähre. It connects as a car ferry and the villages of Feock Phil Leigh.
