Casa del Vento is a folk group from the Province of Arezzo in Italy.
Biography
The career of the musician group began in the nineties, at that time still under the name of Teach na Gaothe ( Galico for " wind home "), which initially occurred in Italy to play Irish folk music. In 1999 she produced her first album, Senza bandiera. With this plate that went in the direction of rock -folk, they put the foundation stone of their further musical career, which further solidified with their subsequent work, 900 ( Novecento ), a collaboration with Stefano " Cisco " Bellotti of the Modena City Ramblers. The topics of the subsequent panels were inspired by current events such as the G8 summit in Genoa in 2001 and the Iraq war. In contrast to the previous style of the group, the music of the 2006 newly released album " Il grande niente " is clearly danceable.
