Casper Oimoen

Caspar Aslaksen Oimoen ( born May 8, 1906 in Etnedal, Norway Kasper Aslaksen Øimoen; † July 28, 1995 in Portland, Oregon) was an American ski jumper.

Born in Norway Oimoen wandered out early with his family to America and began ski jumping.

In the 1932 Olympics he was the first time in the squad for the United States and jumped on the normal hill on the 5th Place. Four years later, he jumped at the Olympic Winter Games in 1936 in Garmisch -Partenkirchen on the 13th Place.
