Cerro Ejido is a village in the north of Uruguay.

Geography

It is located in the northeastern part of the department of Artigas in its sector 1 south of the department of Artigas capital. West adjacent to Cerro San Eugenio, while located in the southeast, separated by a small tributary of the Arroyo Pintadito, the place Pintadito.

Population

Cerro Ejido has 790 inhabitants, of whom 418 are men and 372 women (as of 2011).
