Cesare G. De Michelis ( born 1944 ) is an Italian literary scholar, university professor and professor of Russian literature and author

Career

De Michelis studied after having attained university entrance Literature and received his doctorate after submitting his thesis for Doctor of Philosophy. After some time as a lecturer, he received his habilitation professor and was Vergata full professor of Russian literature at the University of Rome / Tor appointed. In addition to his academic teaching, he works as a journalist, writes for the arts section of the newspaper " la Repubblica " and directs the series " le betulle " published by Marsilio / Venice. He is a correspondent for the firm " Pushkin " in Moscow.

De Michaelis made ​​special attention to the linguistic study of the so-called Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which he attributed to a fictitious concoction of Russian intelligence community. To date, no credible refutation of his thesis has been submitted.

With his work, and especially with his book to the fictional " logs" it also occurs in historical and political events that are dedicated to the discussion of the Holocaust and the struggle against anti-Semitism, as in a lecture on 28 January 2010 at the Italian Cultural Institute of Frankfurt / Main.

De Michaelis was a member of the Christian Peace Conference and participants of the II Allchristlichen peace meeting, which was held in Prague in 1964.
