Chaand Kaa Tukdaa (Hindi: चाँद का टुकड़ा CAD kā ṭukaṛā; literally slice of the moon - a compliment to a beautiful woman ) is a Hindi film directed by Saawan Kumar Tak from the year 1994.

Action

Shyman is a handsome, young and wealthy orphan. He comes for the first time to India to fulfill his late mother 's last wish. He is a typical Indian girl to marry so that their roots remain with the Indian culture and traditions in India. Shyam is disappointed when his father Hasmukh friend hosted a party in his honor. At the party, he does not know about the culture and traditions of the country, but only west Set Girls that do not conform to his ideal. Hasmukh tells him that he can find this traditional way of life only in the villages and small mountain stations, but not in modern cities like Mumbai. Looking for the perfect girl he makes himself then on the way to the villages. In such a village, he meets the beautiful and innocent Radha.

Production and publication

In the production of Saawan Kumar Productions Saawan Kumar Tak directed, who also served as producer. The screenplay was written by Sachin Bhowmick. The camera led G. Shyam Kumar and for the cut Jawahar Razdan was responsible.

Premiere of the film was in India on 19 August 1994. Digital Entertainment brought Chaand Kaa Tukdaa 2001 in the USA on DVD.
