The Eparchy of Saint Peter the Apostle of San Diego (Latin: Sancti Petri Apostoli Eparchia urbis Sancti Didaci Chaldaeorum ) is a location in the U.S. eparchy of the Chaldean Catholic Church, headquartered in El Cajon.
History
The Eparchy of Saint Peter the Apostle of San Diego was established on 21 May 2002 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution nuper Synod of annexations of the Eparchy of Saint Thomas the Apostle of Detroit. First bishop was Sarhad Yawsip Hermiz Jammo.
