Chandler Riggs

Chandler Riggs (born 27 June 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia ) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Carl Grimes in the running since 2010 television series The Walking Dead, based on the eponymous comic.

Life and career

Born in the capital of the U.S. state of Georgia in 1999, Riggs grew up in his hometown and made at the age of eight years, first contact with acting. He was, among others, in the Theater of the Stars and the listed Fox Theatre in plays like The Wizard of Oz or Oklahoma! employed. After he came into use in various commercials, followed in 2009 Riggs nomination in the cast of the end of the road - a true tall tale ( starring, among others, Robert Duvall, Sissy Spacek and Bill Murray ), the released by Sony Pictures Classics been. Then the following year he came to another role in the film Innocent behind bars, where he however held a significant role. In June of the same year Riggs was brought into the cast of The Walking Dead, where he became the role of Carl Grimes, the son of the main character (played by Andrew Lincoln) and his wife (played by Sarah Wayne Callies ), took over.
