Charles Allen (athlete)

Charles Allen (Charles Tyrone Allen, born March 29, 1977 in Georgetown ) is a Canadian hurdler Guyanese origin, who specialized in the 110- meter track.

At the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000, he started for Guyana and difference in the flow of.
