Charles Netter

Charles Netter ( born September 14, 1826 in Strasbourg, † October 2, 1882 in Jaffa ) was a French Chowew Zion.

Cute co-founded the Alliance Israelite, founded the Mikveh Israel agricultural school in Palestine and supported the charity for persecuted Jews in Russia.
