Charley 's Grilled Subs is a fast-food chain with 312 stores in 39 states in the U.S. and 10 countries, including Japan, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, South Korea and Guam.

Known as Charley 's Steakery, it was founded in 1986 on the campus of Ohio State University in Columbus. Charley's specializes in fresh grilled subs and wraps. The chain featuring Subs like the Philly Cheesesteak, the Chicken Teriyaki, Buffalo Chicken and Deli Fare. Charley 's also offers soups and salads and is famous for its soft drinks.

Charley 's Grilled Subs stores were traditionally founded in shopping centers or airports, in the meantime, there are also some free-standing stores.
