Christian Freeling

Christian Freeling ( born 1 February 1947 in Enschede) is a Dutch game designer.

In addition to his work as a mathematics teacher Freeling began to deal with games and their rules. The aim was to him not so much to create new games to work as rules of proven games and improve.

His most famous game is the connection game Havannah, published by Ravensburger and was both 1981 and 1982 taken in the selection list for game of the year.
