Christian Kane

Christian Michael Kane ( * June 27, 1974 in Dallas, Texas) is an American country music singer / songwriter and actor. His best-known roles are those of Lindsey McDonald on the television series Angel - Hunters of darkness and that of Eliot Spencer in the series Leverage. In the English-speaking world, he is also known as indie country-rock musician.

Biography

Christian Kane had several places of residence during his childhood, before the family in Norman, a small town in Oklahoma settled in the Kane later attended the University. During his college years, he joined frequently on with his cousin Brandon Hart, in various clubs. The dream of a career in the entertainment industry following, it eventually moved Kane to Los Angeles.

Initially he worked as an assistant in a manufacturing company before it in the MTV series Fame LA, in two episodes played in 1997 the role of Ryan Leggett. There were other guest roles in several television series, as in Rescue 77 and Dawson's Creek. Kane in 1999 played a smaller role in the film EDtv. This was followed by numerous, often small roles in films such as Just Married and Friday Night Lights.

In 1998 he co-founded with Steve Carlson, the country-rock duo Kane and produced two CDs on the market. In 2010 he released the solo EP Christian Kane.

Between 2008 and the series in late 2012, he starred in one of the main characters of the series Leverage. There he played the role of Eliot Spencer.
