Christian Millau

Christian Millau ( born December 30, 1928) is a French food critic, journalist and author.

From 1949 Millau wrote ( whose real name is Christian Dubois - Millot ) for the newspaper Le Monde in the area of ​​domestic policy. Later he worked for the French evening newspaper " Paris - Presse", where he met Henri Gault. Both devoted themselves there culinary topics.
