Christian Müller (footballer born 1983)

Christian Müller ( born August 3, 1983 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German football player.

Career

Christian Müller joined in 1991 as an eight- year-old in the youth of Kickers Offenbach. He went through there all the other youth teams in 2002 and moved into the first team on the Kickers, where he played 159 league games. His biggest success was the rise in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2005.

After the descent of the OFC in the 3rd League Müller joined the 2008/09 season to the second division side FC Augsburg. After a year and 21 league appearances for the Swabians he left the club already in the summer of 2009 and moved to the league rivals FSV Frankfurt. Then he put in the first league match against MSV Duisburg cruciate ligament injury and fell out a long time. For the second half of the season 2009/10 he reported back and was under coach Hans -Jürgen Boysen regular player on the right-back position, which he was also in the following season.

After the expiry of his contract in the summer of 2011, Müller left the club and moved to RB Leipzig in the Regionalliga Nord. He signed a contract until 2013.
