Christine McVie

Christine McVie, Christine Anne Perfect was born ( born July 12, 1943 in Grenodd, Lancashire, England) is a British musician, singer and songwriter.

Their first success as a singer, she celebrated with the group Chicken Shack in the 1960s. She married bassist John McVie, who played with Fleetwood Mac, and even joined the group in 1970. In the same year, she released a solo album under her birth name. As early as 1968 they had on the Fleetwood Mac album Mr. Wonderful Keyboard played, even though she was a member of Chicken Shack. Christine McVie wrote the first hit, the Fleetwood Mac had in the USA. Over My Head was released in 1975 and was ranked 20th of the singles charts.

From 1984, they issued a further solo albums, which, however, failed to build on the success of Fleetwood Mac. After all, they came up with Got a hold on me in 1984 in the U.S. at number 10 and in the same year with Love will show us how to 30th place

In 1995 she decided to leave Fleetwood Mac, but was in the comeback CD and U.S. tour "The Dance " in 1998 again there.
