Christophe Point
Christophe Point ( born May 26, 1965 in Nantes ) is a French former football player and later coach.
Playing career
In his youth Points played for an amateur club FC Yonnais before he was admitted in 1976 with eleven years in the youth team of SM Caen. He was 16 years old when he first managed the leap into the third division football team in the course of the season 1981/82; age of 18 he became a regular player and reached 1984 promotion to the second highest French league. Following this, the young players retained his place in a team that growth through numerous talents recorded in the second half of the 1980s. In 1988, he accomplished this with the jump in the first division, and has preserved the club as a regular player before re descent.
Over the years, he remained loyal to the club and had repeatedly its share of the league whereabouts until he suffered a serious knee injury in the season 1991/92 and turned out for a longer period. After that he managed not only return to the team, but debuted in 1992 at the same time in European competition. In the period that followed, many performers returned to the club, however, the back; Point of no more than two inserts came out due to a knee problem during the 1994/95 season had, at the end of the season in the second division relegation experience. At this time he finished with 30 years of 172 Erstligapartien with five goals and other operations in the second and third division his professional career without ever having changed the club.
Coaching career

In 1997 he was promoted to coach of the second team, but the club left a year later after a total of 22 years; he signed for FC unterklassigen Bayeux, where he worked as player-manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2005 he was also coach of the unterklassigen U.S. Avranches, before he was hired as head of the youth department at professional club CS Sedan. Internal club he was moved to the post of coach of the second selection in 2009.
