Chung So-young
Chung So -young (Korean 정 소영; * March 4, 1967 [ Note 1 ] ) is a former badminton player from South Korea.
Sporting career
Chung So -young won the gold medal in women's doubles at the 1992 Summer Olympics together with her partner Hwang Hye -young. In addition, she won with almost all major international tournaments in badminton as the All England, Singapore Open, Thailand Open, French Open, Malaysian Open and Japan Open. In 1991 she won the Asian championship.
