The Cido arena is a multi-purpose hall in the fifth largest Lithuanian city of Panevezys, in the north of the country. The Cido Arena is located in the street Parko g 12 (LT- 35001 ). It was built using the EU funding ( € 47.9 million Lt or 13.88 million ). It is the home of the basketball teams Panevėžio Techasas and has a 250 -meter cycle track. It is the only covered, suitable for international railway is in the Baltic States. It was designed by architect Ralph Schuermann Münster.

2010 took the Lithuanian Youth with over 6000 participants took place in the arena. In 2011, in addition to five other venues, Games of the European Basketball Championship of the men were held in the arena. In 2012 it will be the place of the UCI Track Cycling European Championships.
