Cipher System
Cipher System is a Swedish melodic death metal band.
Band History
Cipher System was established in 1996. Although the 1998 recorded demo Path Of Delight could arouse the interest of a label, but since all the band members were under 18, no agreement was reached. With the demo Eyecon and other pieces could Cipher System attract the attention of Lifeforce Records on itself, so that in 2003 the three not represented at Eyecon pieces were released on a split EP with By Night.
2004 saw the debut album Central Tunnel Eight. After this album, it was pretty quiet in the meantime the band. After Andreas Allenmark have joined as new guitarist in March 2008 as the new vocalist Andreas Solveström and in May 2008, Cipher System announced new recordings and negotiations with record companies. With Objection Forget To Forgive and demo versions of two new songs on MySpace are set. In March 2009, the drummer Emil Frisk was introduced as the successor of Pontus Andersson.
Singer Andreas Solveström resigned in June 2009 for lack of time again, because it reinforces would like to dedicate his other two band projects yourself. As a new singer Carl Obbel was found which can also be heard on the 2011 album, released Communicate the Storms.
