Circumvesuviana

The Ferrovia Circumvesuviana ( SFSM - Strade Ferrate Second aria Meridionali ) is a regional train in a track width of 950 mm in the provinces of Naples and Salerno, region Campania, in Italy.

It connects the city of Naples with surrounding communities and towns such as Sorrento, Torre del Greco, Pompei or Ercolano. The routes are designed mainly single track, so at larger stations in each of the oncoming train to be seen. The railway network has a length of 138 km and connects 96 stations.
