Claudia Beamish

Claudia Hamilton Beamish ( born August 9, 1952 in London) is a Scottish politician of English descent and a member of the Labour Party.

Life

Beamish grew up in southeast England. She studied History and French at London University and then earned her certification in elementary education from the University of Oxford. In the late 1980s she settled in Scotland near Kilmarnock on. Beamish is a mother of two and lives with her ​​partner in Pettinain. Political career

Beamish was the top candidate of the Labour Party in the electoral region of South of Scotland at the Scottish Parliament elections in 1999, 2003 and 2007.
