Covasna County

Covasna is a Romanian county ( Judet ) in the region of Transylvania ( Transylvania ) with the county capital Sfântu Gheorghe. Its common abbreviation and the license plate number are CV.

The Covasna county is bordered on the north by the Harghita County, in the north- east by the county Bacau, on the east by the county of Vrancea, further to the east and the south by the county of Buzău and in the west and in the south west of the county of Braşov.
