Crawford is a town in Delta County in the U.S. state of Colorado in the United States of America. The place was in 2009, according to statistics 395 inhabitants.

Location

The village is located about 60 km southeast of Grand Junction on the western edge of the Gunnison National Forest. For Black Canyon known in this area, there are about 15 km to the southwest. To the west of the small airfield Crawford Airport and south of Crawford State Park is a 2 km ² lake, at the southeastern edge is a cemetery in the area.

People

The most famous inhabitants Crawford is the British singer Joe Cocker.
