The Crest Ault (Romansh crest = Anhöhung, ault = high ) is a wooded mountain west of Roth fountain in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland with a height of 1,942 m above sea level. M. He belongs to Heinzenberggrat. To the east of the summit falls immediately adjacent to the summit cross in a steep rock wall to the Alp Sut ( 1'573 m) down. Therefore, the mountain offers a good view from the Domleschg about Bonaduz and Chur to Flims.
Location
The Crest Ault belongs to Heinzenberggrat, a subgroup of the Adula Alps. It is located entirely on the municipality of Rhazuns, but the municipal border with Versam runs only about 40 m west of the summit. The Crest Ault is bordered in the northeast by the Chur Rhine Valley, in the southeast by the Domleschg and to the west by the Safiental.
Neighbor peak is Crest dil Cut. Valley is a Bonaduz, Rhäzüns and Roth fountain.
Heinz Berger balancing act
The Heinz Berger tightrope walk is a scenic and varied day hike over the Heinzenberger ridge takes you from Obertschappina via Tguma and Präzer Höhi by Prec and offers a great panoramic view into the Safiental, Domleschg, Albula valley and the surrounding mountains. Instead of going to hike the Prec via Crest Ault can be extended up to Bonaduz:

General Comment: The trail over the ridge leads Heinzenberger not over the top, but about 30 m west of the summit over.
