Glaser Grat

West of the former Lüschersees is the Glaser ridge, which as left the remote Bruschghorn on the east side of Safiental is. Seen from the northeast.

Location

The glazier ridge belongs to Heinzenberggrat, a subgroup of the Adula Alps. It is located entirely on the municipality of Tschappina. The glazier ridge is bordered to the east by the Heinz mountain and to the west by the Safiental.

Among the neighboring peaks include the Lüschgrat, the Piz Bever, the Verdushorn, the Carnusahorn, the Bruschghorn and the Piz Radun.

Valley is a Safien, the glass ball and Tschappina. Common starting points are upper Gmeind and Lüsch.

Heinz Berger balancing act

The Heinz Berger tightrope walk is a scenic and varied day hike over the Heinzenberger ridge takes you from Obertschappina via Tguma and Präzer Höhi by Prec and offers a great panoramic view into the Safiental, Domleschg, Albula valley and the surrounding mountains.
