Crispin Lipscomb

Crispin Lipscomb ( born August 7, 1979 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is a Canadian snowboarder. It starts in the halfpipe, sometimes in snowboard cross and parallel disciplines.

Crispin Lipscomb lives and resides in Whistler, British Columbia. His role models in the sport of snowboarding are Michael Michalchuk, Terje Håkonsen and Xaver Hoffmann. He is a member of the Canadian National Team of the Canadian Snowboard Federation ( CSF). Lipscomb launches both in FIS competitions and in the Ticket to Ride World Snowboard Tour.

World Cup

Lipscomb made ​​his debut in 2002 in the FIS World Cup. So far it could reach two victories, the first in Furano in Japan in the 2006 season and the second at the end of the 2008 season in the Italian Valmalenco.

World Championships

Lipscomb took at the Snowboard World Cup 2007 to sixth place in the halfpipe.

Olympic games

In the halfpipe competition at the Olympic Winter Games in Turin, Lipscomb was eleventh.
