Curepipe SC

Curepipe Starlight SC is a football club based in Curepipe in Mauritius. They play in the Premier League and were represented in the 2008 CAF Champions League.

History

In 2006, Curepipe Starlight win for the first time the Mauritian Cup, followed in 2007 by the Mauritian Championship, thus qualified the club for the CAF Champions League 2008. Trip, they met in the first round of the Comorian representatives Coin Nord Mitsamiouli. The first leg won Curepipe 2-0, the second leg in the Comoros ended 0:1, but due to the higher number of goals scored, the club reached the second round. The second game against Coin Nord Mitsamiouli was also the first international club game in the Comoros all time.
