The Czechoslovak national ice hockey team was the national women's hockey national team of Czechoslovakia in women's hockey.
History
The Czechoslovak Women's Hockey National Team participated in the inaugural tournament in 1989 at the Women's European part. Of the eight teams Tschechoslowakinnen occupied the seventh place after that place the Netherlands defeated in the placement game to just 7-1. At the European Championships 1991 Czechoslovakia took fourth place in Group 2, and finally lost the Placement Match for 7th place of the national team of France with 1:2. This was also the last game, which denied the team in its history. After the dissolution of Czechoslovakia presented their successor states of Slovakia and the Czech Republic to own women 's national teams.
