Dalarö

Dalarö is a Tätort on the homonymous island in the municipality of Haninge Stockholm County, Sweden, with 1199 inhabitants ( 2010).

Since the Middle Ages Dalarö served as access to capital. Dalarö is located about 20 kilometers southeast of Stockholm in the metropolitan area Stor (large) Stockholm on the Baltic Sea and serves the Brussels residents as a resort. The island is separated from the west by a 10-30 meter wide running in a west-east direction natural Channel from the mainland and connected with it by a bridge on the " Dalarövägen ".

From the Dalarö bridge from there are regular ferries to Uto and Ornö, the largest island in the southern Stockholm archipelago.
