Dale Winton

Dale Winton ( May 22nd, 1955 in Mansfield) is a British radio DJ and television presenter.

Life

After leaving school in Mansfield Winton began to work as a DJ. In 1982 he moved to London and worked there on the weekends in discos as a DJ. In the following years he worked for various UK radio stations, including Radio Trent in Nottingham. Since 1987 he worked for Channel Four and ITV From 1993 to 2001 he hosted the show on ITV1 Dale's Supermarket Sweep. In 1996, he moderated at the same time the nightly game show Pets Win Prizes on ITV On the radio, he hosted further the mission of Pick of the Pops from 2000 to October 2010, the radio station BBC Radio 2 Other presentations of television programs in the 2000s followed: including Celebrity Fit Club from 2004 to 2006 and Show Me What You've Got in 2006 and in it To Win It in 2008 2009 he hosted the show on BBC Hole in the Wall. Winton lives openly homosexual in London.
