Dalmuir

Dalmuir ( Scottish Gaelic: Dail Mhoire ), is an area in the western Clydebank and a place in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. The nearby towns are Old Kilpatrick, the Mountblow and Park Hall areas and the city center of Clydebank. Dalmuir has a railway station with five platforms, the Dalmuir railway station on the North Clyde Line. Dalmuir was an independent village earlier, but was recognized by the growing shipbuilding industry Clyde Banks.

The place is known especially by the shipbuilding company Beardmore, which attracted a large number of workers in the place Dalmuir Park and the two churches Dalmuir Barclay Church and St Stephen 's Church.
