Dangerous Toys

The Dangerous Toys were an American hard rock and metal band that was founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas. Her biggest success was the debut album Dangerous Toys, which has been certified in the U.S. in 1989 with gold for more than 500,000 units sold.

Band History

The Dangerous Toys were founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas by the Watchtower singer Jason McMaster, guitarist Scott Dalhover and Danny Aaron, Mark Geary (bass ) and Mike Watson (drums). In 1989 they released their self-titled debut album under the major label Columbia Records, it reached gold status and was listed at number 65 on the Billboard 200 was followed two years later, Hellacious Acres, which reached number 67, but reached no certification. The band lost its contract with Columbia and guitarist Danny Aaron left the group before the third album Pissed. After 1995 Mike Watson was another founding member, the Dangerous Toys were closed down after the fourth studio album The R * tist 4 * merly Known as Dangerous Toys (1995 ) in the late 1990s on. It was published in 1999 still a live album, entitled Vitamins and Crash Helmets Tour - Greatest Hits Live, in the following years, the group reformed occasionally for a few selected live performances.
