Daniel da Silva Soares

Daniel Ricardo da Silva Soares ( born January 30, 1982 in Felgueiras ) is a Portuguese football player. The midfielder is since August 2010 Iraklis Thessaloniki in the Greek Super League under contract.

Career

Association

Dani began his career in 2001 at his hometown club FC Vizela in the Portuguese Segunda Divisão and moved in 2006 to FC Paços de Ferreira in the Super League. After half a year he moved in January 2007, the club again and came to CFR Cluj in the Romanian League 1 While at CFR Cluj could he win five titles - twice the Romanian Championship and the Romanian Cup three times. In summer 2010, Dani left Romania and moved to Greece for Iraklis Thessaloniki. After a year he left Iraklis and joined the League rival Skoda Xanthi.
