Daniel Osorno

Daniel Osorno Calvillo ( born March 16, 1979 in Guadalajara, Jalisco ) is a Mexican football player. Currently, the striker is in the Mexican first division side Puebla FC under contract.

Osornos professional career began in winter 1997. On January 11, 1997, he made ​​his debut in the Primera División in the league match against Tecos UAG. After a short time Osorno was among the top performers. For seven years, he remained loyal to the club. However, because of continuing weakness form - particularly in the last year - and several injuries, Atlas decided to rent a striker. So Osorno changed for the 2003/04 season for Premier League rivals CF Monterrey, but could only achieve two goals in 28 games there. For the next season he returned to the CFA. After 3 seasons ( 2004-2007), 2007, he moved to the U.S. Club Kansas City Wizards. After a year stint in the U.S., he went to the beginning of the " Clausura " 2008 back to Mexico for the Dorados to play. Since Clausura 2009, he plays for Puebla FC.

National

Osorno in 1999 was appointed the Mexican for the U -20. He played five goals and scored two. Quick and the A-National Team became aware of him. In the same year he played his first international match for the A-Team Mexico. Osorno took part in the Copa América in 1999 in Paraguay, 2001 in Colombia, Peru, and in 2004 at the Gold Cup in 2003 and 2005 in part. He also starred in the squad at the Confederations Cup 1999 in Mexico and 2001 in Japan and South Korea.

Previously, he completed 73 games and scored 12 goals.
