Daniel Owl ( born 2 May 1983 in Neuenbürg ) is a German football player.

His biggest sporting successes were the title of the scorer of the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg in the 2003/04 season and the championship title of the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg in the season 2010/11.

Clubs

Before the season 2003/ 04 Owl moved from VfR Pforzheim for amateur team of Karlsruher SC. He also denied for the first team of the KSC seven games in the Bundesliga 2. 2005 Owl went to the Regionalliga Süd for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and was loaned out this season to 1.FC Kaiserslautern II. 2007, he moved from Hoffenheim to SV Waldhof Mannheim. After just one season at the Waldhof his contract was not renewed and he moved to FC Nöttingen in the league, where he scored twelve goals in the first round. For the second half of the season 2008/ 09 he undertook the league club SSV Reutlingen 05, there was the striker initially a contract until the end of season.

For the 2009/10 season Daniel owl moved back to SV Waldhof Mannheim. Initially, he received a one-year contract with SV Waldhof Mannheim, which played for the first time this season in the Regionalliga West. After the relegation of SV Waldhof in the league to Owl joined the Stuttgarter Kickers, where he received a one year contract with options. On 28 October 2010 the Stuttgart Kickers announced that Owl will only come on disciplinary grounds in the premier league team to use. During the winter break 2010/11 Daniel owl returned again to SV Waldhof Mannheim. On the final day owl secured a hat-trick in the game against the FV Illertissen the SV Waldhof direct promotion to the Football Regional. A few days before this game, gave the club announced that the contract with Owl was extended for another year until 2012. 2011 Owl was elected to the 2nd highest goal of the month of August.

On April 5, 2012 Daniel Owl was awarded prior to the Regional game against FSV Frankfurt II for his hundredth league appearance for the SV Waldhof. Overall, he was able to achieve 45 goals for the SV Waldhof in 111 games.

For the season 2012/13 moved to Owl Oberliga Baden-Württemberg TSV Grunbach, there was the goalscorer a contract until 2015, which was however disbanded in December 2012. As of January 2013, plays in the country's division Kickers Pforzheim.
