Daniela Meuli
Daniela Meuli ( born November 6, 1981 in Davos ) is a Swiss former Profisnowboarderin.
Meuli is the winner of the FIS World Cup 2005 at the snowboard parallel giant slalom. She won in the Season 2005/06 World Cup rankings in this discipline for the third time in a row. At the 2006 Winter Olympics, she won the parallel giant slalom, which was held in Bardonecchia, the gold medal. She gave on 8 August 2006 her resignation.
Daniela Meuli has completed her studies in 2006 at the ETH in Zurich as federal physical education teacher and now lives again in Davos. Since March 2007 she has been coach of the Swiss women's mountain bike teams are physical education at the middle school and takes care of the base coming in Davos. Meuli 's athlete ambassador of development organization Right to Play.
