Danielle Spencer (Australian singer)

Danielle Spencer ( born May 16, 1969 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian actress, singer and songwriter.

Life

Danielle Spencer is the daughter of Australian songwriter, singer and television entertainer Don Spencer and his wife Julie, an Englishwoman from Yorkshire. She has an older brother, Dean. At the age of four years, Danielle began taking piano lessons at the age of ten, to compose own melodies first. Her childhood and youth up to the age of twelve years she spent alternately in Australia and in Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire, as her father worked in both countries for the BBC Play School.

Since April 7, 2003 Danielle Spencer was married to born in Wellington, New Zealand Australian actor Russell Crowe. The pair first met in 1989 during filming for the movie The Crossing, who came into the Australian cinema in 1990. The pair Spencer Crowe has two sons, Charles Spencer Crowe (* December 2003) and Tennyson Spencer Crowe (* July 2006). On October 14, 2012 Spencer and Crowe gave the press after nine years of marriage, their amicable separation known.

Work

Danielle Spencer came from both paternal and maternal side, even as a child with show business in contact when she accompanied her father in his appearances. She enjoyed both singing, acting and dance classes in classical and jazz ballet and modern dance. From 1989 to 2000 she worked as an actress, especially for Australian television, mainly as an actress in television series.
