Career

Already the first single Sunchyme reached high chart positions across Europe, including number 2 in the UK Singles Chart. Sunchyme contains samples from the song Life in a Northern Town by The Dream Academy from 1985. Subsequent Single Carnaval de Paris was able to build on the success, the song was also selected as the accompanying song for the Football World Cup 1998 in France by ZDF. The first album Sunmachine and the same third single, a cover version of David Bowie's Memory of a Free Festival, was followed by 1998. Early 2000, the fourth single voices was finally published, after the song was included in the soundtrack of the film The Beach.

After the departure of Stephan Spencer, 1999, the remaining Scott Rosser and Paul Spencer were looking for a singer and eventually found living in Manchester Norwegian Ingfrid Straumstøyl. Together with her was the second album In Full Color. The first single from Dream to Me, a cover of the song Dreams of Cranberries, ( inspired by Ennio Morricone's Once Upon a Time in the West ), was released in early 2001 and reached number 9 in the UK and German single charts. It was followed by the release of the album and the second single Say What 's on Your Mind in the same year.

Soccer World Cup 2002 a remix of the song Carnaval de Paris appeared as Carnaval 2002, also this year the song Heaven Is Closer, a cover of ( Feels Like ) Heaven by Fiction Factory. Both were but little commercial success.

After a long break trying Dario G 2006 ( now only consisting of Paul Spencer ) again to share a World Cup to publish a single. Ring of Fire, a cover of the eponymous Johnny Cash classic, chart success, however, remained denied, making the future of the music project is uncertain.

Was released in 2010 in time for the World Cup the song Game On feat. Pitbull.
