Darius Reynaud ( born December 29, 1985 in Luling, Louisiana) is an American professional American football player in the position of running backs and wide receiver. He plays for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League ( NFL).
Career
College
Reynaud completed his first games for the West Virginia University in 2005, but only as a substitute. Despite sporadic matches he came as a wide receiver at least 297 yards and caught 30 passes. He helped by his touchdown his team to victory in the Sugar Bowl against the Georgia Bulldogs. In 2006, Reynaud won a starting place and came on 520 yards space gain, but only scored two touchdowns. Its wide range of applications he showed this season, including against the Louisville Cardinals when he replaced the injured running back. He finally came to 221 erlaufene yards. In addition, it put the West Virginia Mountaineers as a kick returner, as he latched on to which further 813 yards.
2007 Darius Reynaud was again used primarily as a wide receiver. With two touchdowns, he was instrumental in the victory in the Fiesta Bowl involved.
NFL
Despite discussions with the New England Patriots during the NFL Combine, Reynaud was committed in the 2008 NFL Draft by any team. As a free agent he came in consequence to the Minnesota Vikings as a kick returner. He made his debut in Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He came into this season on eight kick returns with a space gain of 201 yards. In 2009 he graduated from eleven games, but it also recorded three fumbles. After this season, the Minnesota Vikings decided to mainly use it as a running back.
Reynaud joined at the beginning of the 2010 season along with quarterback Sage Rosenfels to the New York Giants.
