The fire-red game station was a broadcast on May 14, 1972 to July 12, 1981 Children's TV series. A total of 184 episodes of the series produced by Bayerischer Rundfunk in the afternoon program of ARD were sent.
In the broadcast as a featured camera car red minibus drove through the country and showed encounters with people and their stories.
Early in the series the game Mobil was an Opel Blitz. The aim of the series was to stimulate the imagination of viewers and to teach social interaction. In the first five episodes nor the two dolls Maxifant and Minifant played with in the series, but then got her own series because separate production partner. Instead, now the dogs dolls Biff and Woof (designed by Jan Gulbransson ) and the cartoon character Wummi were used.

TV technical ground were at that time the decorated with the blue screen technique fairy tale illustrations, for example, Doctor Know, The Blue Light, The Brave Little Tailor or Old Sultan. More episodes ran under the title stories with Philipp Sonntag and his dream mobile, nuclear and Black, Felix and brother Tom.
In spring 2009, acquired, under the mediation of Auto Bild, the German Opel Museum the original car ( an Opel Blitz, built in 1962 ) of the first season, which has remained virtually unchanged from its last owner. His brother had the game Mobil bought the early 1980s, the BR and taken in the context of emigration with Otjiwarongo in Namibia.
