Datsakorn Thonglao

Datsakorn Thonglao ( Thai: ดัสกร ทอง เหลา, born December 30, 1983 in the province Nongbua Lamphu ) is a Thai football player and captain of the Thai national team. He plays in midfield preferred and usually acts as a playmaker. Since 2010 he is at Muang Thong United in the Thai Premier League under contract.

Career

His active career began at FC Datsakorn Raj Pracha. In 2001 he moved to BEC Tero Sasana, and was the club champion of the Thai Premier League. It was his first major title. In addition to winning the championship, he was twice runner-up with BEC Tero. In 2003 he reached the final of the team's AFC Champions League. In both games of the Finals, he was chosen. At the end they lost by return game the Al Ain Club. For a then-record sum of $ 80,000 Datsakorn moved in 2007 to Vietnam. He signed a three -year contract with Hoàng Anh Gia Lai. The international career began today's captain in 2001. Already in the first year of his appointment to the U-23 national team he won the 2001 and the gold medal at the Southeast Asian Games.
