David Alerte
David Alerte ( born September 18, 1984 in La Trinité ) is a French sprinter.
At the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004 he competed in the 4 x 100 - meter relay, however, different with the French team in the run- off.
In 2005 he won at the European U23 Championships in Erfurt, he won the title over 200 meters and in the 4 x 100 - meter relay. At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki, he retired about 200 m from the inlet port. In 2006 he was at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg seventh over 200m and took in the 4 x 100 meters relay together with Oudéré Kankarafou, Ronald Pognon and Fabrice Calligny the bronze medal.
At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin and at the 2010 European Championships in Barcelona, he was about 200 m each roller.
In 2006 and 2007 he was national champion over 200 m.
David Alerte is 1,92 m tall and weighs 83 kg.
