David Hauss

David Hauss (born 1 February 1984 in Paris ) is a French professional triathlete, Junior Vice World Champion (2002, 2003) and EM - third of the year 2010.

Career

In the ITU World Championship Series rankings 2011 Hauss is number 6, making it the best French elite triathlete. At the French Championships ( Olympic distance ) in Villiers -sur -Loir (24 September 2011) he was 10

As Emmie Charayron, Laurent Vidal and Charlotte Morel belongs Hauss triathlon team of the French army at ( Equipe de France Militaire de Triathlon ). It starts in the first team squad (1st Bundesliga ) for the EJOT Team TV Buschhütten.

David Hauss also takes part in the French Club Championship Series Lyonnaise des Eaux. How many French top triathletes (eg Emmie Charayron ) it takes for Lagardère Paris Racing. So far Hauss took during the 2011 season only one of the Lyonnaise triathlon competitions in part: in Nice (24 April 2011) he was 6 and was behind Steffen Justus second best of his club.

He had qualified with Laurent Vidal for a place at the 2012 Olympics and won in August 2012 in London the fourth.

David Hauss lives in Les Avirons, La Réunion, and Saint- Raphaël. Hauss has since September 2012 been married to the Swiss professional triathlete Melanie Hauss.

In the nine years from 2002 to 2011 David Hauss took part in 55 ITU competitions and achieved 29 top ten finishes. In 2012, he was inter alia at the World Cup race in Ishigaki win gold.
