David Klass

David Klass ( born March 8, 1960 in Vermont) is an American author and screenwriter.

Life

Klass comes from a family of writers and grew up with his two sisters with his parents in New Jersey. He studied history and literature at Yale University; he graduated in 1982 with a degree in B. A. from. At the USC School of Cinematic Arts of the University of Southern California, he finished a subsequent study as MA As an English teacher, he taught in Atami (Japan) and wrote about his experiences there, his first novel, The Atami Dragons. Klass lives as a book and screenwriter in New York. His young adult novel, when he comes, then we run has received many awards and was nominated for the German Youth Literature Award 2007.
