David Prieto

David Prieto Gálvez ( born January 2, 1983 in Seville ) is a Spanish footballer, who at CD Tenerife in the Spanish Segunda División plays since the 2010/11 season.

Career

Prieto started his career in the youth team of Sevilla FC, ​​where he joined the B team in 2004. In 2005 he came into the first team of Sevilla FC. His debut for Sevilla he was on 6 February 2005 against Levante UD. He came in the 2005/06 season in the UEFA Cup for use. Prieto played on 14 December 2005 by the 4th group match against Bolton Wanderers. The game ended 1-1. Sevilla FC won later the UEFA Cup. In the seasons 2006/ 07 and 2009/10 he played on loan at Deportivo Xerez before he again returned to Seville in 2010.

In the fall of 2007, he got the shirt number of the late Antonio Puerta, which was supposed to be locked for eternity in Seville. For Prieto, the presentation was a proud moment. Since then, he may wear the number 16.
