Debra Sapenter

Debra Sapenter ( really Deborah Elaine Sapenter, married Speight, born February 22, 1952 in Prairie View, Texas) is a former American sprinter.

At the Pan American Games in 1975 in Mexico City, she won two silver medals in the 400m and the 4 x 400 - meter relay.
