Deer Hunter (series)

Deer Hunter is a five-part series of North American computer game for the PC. It was developed by Wizard Works Software, a sub-division of Infogrames. The design comes from Sunstorm Interactive.

The first game of the series was released on 31 December 1997, Deer Hunter 5: . The game revolves around the hunting of deer in either a dense forest or a meadow. The day and the seasons vary. Even animals other than deer, such as the Yeti can be seen in the games, but they serve no purpose other than to beautify the environment. In the latest version, the player can also take over the management of a deer herd. This includes eg the overview about the growth of the deer population and the inheritance of the individual characteristics of a deer with.
